A few words about us
At early stage of my carrier as a young fresh Engineer, I started my journey as an entrepreneur in the core sector of the Drilling. I have been engaged in the profession of drilling since year 1985, and have been passed through many new Enthusiasms, Learning, Progress, Success and Failure & Hardship. I am fueled by the quote of spiritual leader Swami Vivekananda “Arise, awake & stop not till the goal is reached”.
With onsite practical experience of drilling, I have been able to contribute my innovation in drilling technology; like pneumatically operated drilling rigs being replaced by fully hydraulically operated Top Head Drive Drilling Rigs in early 80’s. With the passion of drilling, starting from a single water well rig unit to the huge fleet of rigs serving the Oil & Gas Industry on and above Mining Industry gratifies me of all the efforts. But this is not the end, miles to go before I sleep.
My ultimate goal of life is to fuel the growth of the nation. I believe in “Honesty is the best policy”. At REPL, we house a friendly and energetic environment where young blood is boosted up to unleash their capabilities & set on for new endeavors. I would like to express my gratitude towards my friends, family & parents who have been a constant support for my voyage. We are a renowned organization in the field of Exploration & Production of Oil & Gas, Minerals, Water on and above Import-Export and Construction in India.

- Drilled 52" diameter hole and set casing of 40" up to 188 mtr and cemented same.
- Worked with Esteem organizations like AMD (Atomic Mineral Directorate), NMDCL, MOIL, SCCL.
